An individual development plan (IDP) is created to meet the needs of both employees and the employer. The main goal is mutual benefit: specialists feel their importance in the company, do not stand still for years and move up the career ladder. And the management creates a team of experts who help develop the business and take it to a new level.

In order for the IPR not to become a document that will be shelved, but to be truly useful, it is necessary to analyze the interests and abilities of specialists, put everything into points and periodically monitor the results. We suggest examining each point in more detail.

Define company goals
Ideally, the IPR should be drawn up for all specialists, but each company has different capabilities. Typically, it takes about a year to complete an IPR, but it all depends on the number of tasks.
