Despite the impact of the pandemic on their businesses, only of respondents lost their jobs last year. Others felt they had greater sales success in 2016 than in 2018. Remote work changes the way sales professionals work The biggest change over the past year has been where people work. of respondents said their work location has changed, of which 10% said they now work from home, which has had less of an impact on sales effectiveness. Salespeople remain productive despite the shift to remote work. The reality is that those who work from home are only less likely to hit their annual sales goals or regular sales quotas. Additionally, salespeople who believe their sales were more successful this year expect sales to increase this year.
